WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

MEXICO & USA

Please allow for 1-7 business days for your package to be fulfilled. Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email confirming your tracking information. 

Any orders made over the weekend or after 3pm on Fridays will be shipped out the following Monday morning. 

Some orders will require a signature in order to be delivered. This is to ensure that your package arrives safely!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will first receive a purchase confirmation email, including a link to track your package! As soon as your package has left our warehouse & has been shipped, you will receive the tracking update to follow the shipment.

MY TRACKING NUMBER HAS NOT UPDATED. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Please allow for up to 1-7 business days for us to process your order before you receive the tracking.

Once your package leaves our warehouse and has been shipped, your tracking number will update via email!  

Once your package has been sent,  it is under the responsibility and liability of the shipping carrier. 

We are not liable for any potential delays external from NABYL ZARINA. However, if there is ever an issue with a package delay we will absolutely support you and do all we can in connecting you to the shipping carrier so you can sort it out ASAP

Occasionally there is delay in shipments due to festive holidays, long weekends, and transport through customs. This may be visible when you access the tracking number to locate your package.
