The standard rate for domestic shipments are $ 15 dlls orders to Mexico and $25 dlls orders to the US.

Orders will be processed the next business day.

Customer will receive a notification of their purchase and shipping information.

Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Orders received Saturday and Sunday and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Must send an email to shop@nabylzarina.com indicating the reason for the return (refund or change of size).

All exchanges and returns must be authorized by Nabyl Zarina.

After the customer has received the package. You will have 3 business days to return the merchandise.

For your convenience you will be provided a pre-paid tracking number for you,  ready for printing and stick on your package.

The return and size change garments  must be in perfect condition, odor free, new and with their corresponding labels.

Once the package returned is received at our facilities and its status is verified, your refund will be processed through the same payment method that you used in an estimated time of 7 business days.

MEXICO ORDERS:  15 dlls will be deducted from your total refund as a cost for the return, from the same card on which the purchase was made.

US ORDERS:  25 dlls will be deducted from your total refund as a cost for the return, from the same card on which the purchase was made.
